Ever & Ivy jewelry is high quality fashion jewelry that should last for many years. It looks just like solid gold because it is created with it . High quality precious metal - 14K Gold or Rhodium ( a member of the Platinum family ) over a base of fine brass and plated with a thick layer so that it is virtually indistinguishable from the solid version.
As with your solid gold jewelry, you should always store it away from other pieces in the soft pouch provided to avoid scratching.
Also, as with your solid gold pieces, never use perfume, hairspray, insect repellant or body lotion when you are wearing them. Additionally, showering and swimming in salt water or chlorine will shorten the life of your pieces. Should they become discolored or soiled, just wipe them with a soft cloth and gentle soap. Do not use any chemical cleaner.
We are so confident of our quality, that we will offer you the ability to have any of your pieces re-plated should they become worn out through regular wear and tear. Just contact our customer service department at email@example.com, and we wil look after it for you.

I SEE THAT THE ITEM I WANT IS ON BACKORDER - HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET?
We get so many items a day (and sometimes run low on popular items) that it's very difficult to keep up-to-the-minute information on our site. If your items are on backorder on average, it will take 4-6 weeks to receive your item. Of course, this amount of time will vary. As we make our products in small batches, it is wise to reserve your piece so that you can be sure to receive it as soon as it arrives in stock again.

The times will vary according to your location.
We try to ship out each order within 24 hours.
There are no duties on shipping to the USA. However, sales tax policies differ for each state and are the responsibiity of the purhaser.
For international shipping, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

WHEN WILL MY BACKORDER ITEM GET SHIPPED?
As soon as we get the item back in our warehouse, you will get an email letting you know your item was shipped. All backorder items are shipped free of charge in Canada and the Continental USA.
THE ITEM I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
We would be mortified if you received a damaged item. Kindly send us and email immediately and enclose a photo to email@example.com. We will gladly replace the item.
I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, email firstname.lastname@example.org Please leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number (if available). If the item has not already shipped, we will happily correct the error.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF STOCK OF SOMETHING I DEARLY WANT?
We will do our best to see if we can obtain more stock of the item. In some cases this will be possible. We will let you know as soon as possible.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, usually within 24-48 hours, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email.

AM I ABLE TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR ANY REASON?
We happily accepts returns on regular priced merchanise. We charge a flat fee of $10.00 for each item.
Sales are final on sale merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.
